At Blanqfactory, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality industrial printing machinery and premium streetwear blanks. To ensure transparency and the best service for our B2B partners, we have established the following shipping policy:

1. Processing & Shipping Timeframes: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing before your items are dispatched. Once shipped, we usually deliver your order within 3 to 7 business days across India.

2. Delivery Partners: We work with India’s most trusted shipping partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, and professional heavy-load transporters) to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your machines and apparel to your doorstep.

3. Quality Assurance & Returns: To maintain competitive factory pricing, we offer returns or replacements only in cases of damaged or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to transit damage or missing items. We encourage customers to review product GSM, sizing guides, and machine specs carefully before making a purchase.

4. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including a landmark, to avoid any delays. Blanqfactory is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to your order and will be displayed at checkout. These charges are calculated based on the destination, total package weight, and the shipping method selected (Standard or Heavy-load for Machinery).

6. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched from our UP Factory Hub, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
